By installing or using the Twin Lakes TV app, you agree to the terms of this Twin Lakes TV Privacy Policy, as outlined below (this “Policy”). What types of information does Twin Lakes collect?
In order to use the Twin Lakes TV app, you must be a subscriber to a television service being delivered Twin Lakes which has deployed Minerva’s software platform. The Twin Lakes TV app collects the following types of information:
(a) In order to activate the Twin Lakes TV app, you must provide your username and password that identifies you.
(b) When you use the Twin Lakes TV app, it will be able to identify how you are using the service provided through the app, including what programming you are watching, what programs have been scheduled or have been recorded through a DVR (Digital Video Recorder) service, search usage, and program bookmarks (where you started or stopped watching a particular program). The Twin Lakes TV app also captures information about the type of device on which the app is installed.
How the Information is Used
None of the information collected through the Twin Lakes TV app is provided to Minerva or otherwise tracked or maintained by Minerva.
All of the information collected through the Twin Lakes TV app is provided to Twin Lakes which is providing the television service you are accessing through the Twin Lakes TV app. Twin Lakes uses the information to confirm that you are a current subscriber to our Twin Lakes TV video services.
How do we collect information from you?
Twin Lakes does not collect personal information on this site without your knowledge and active participation.
Twin Lakes may periodically send you e-mails or other company information. Twin Lakes will not send you e-mails if you have previously requested us not to do so and/or have not registered to receive them.
